Alan Foster and Associates is a family business established in 1977 with over 30 years experience in property related business.

We are dedicated to giving our clients a high level of service at all times. We do not advertise our service and all our business comes through word of mouth and personal recommendations.

Family Business:
Our practice is a family business on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We can be contacted by telephone, mobile, email and fax.

The Business Today:
Our firm is expanding the number of properties under our management. We currently manage in excess of 2000 properties on different schemes and we are always being asked to submit proposals for further schemes.

Range of Developments & Experience:
We are established primarily in the management of multi-occupied buildings including shops, offices and a substantial portfolio of residential developments. The residential developments are usually managed as agents for a management company more often than not comprised of the residents.

The developments range in size from single houses converted into flats, small housing estates, luxury mansion blocks with on site staff to mixed schemes of houses and flats. Number of units of a scheme varies from 4 up to 375.
