Managing Agents Fee
Our fees are predominantly a set fee per unit with an additional charge where major works or repairs are concerned. These fees are always set out in the terms of our engagement on any scheme.

Company Secretarial Role
Whilst most of our competitors are willing to act as Company Secretary where they act as managing agent we offer two further services that we believe make us relatively unique:-

We are also willing to act as Company Secretary on new schemes prior to handover of the development.

We can also provide a management company to take over the common areas of completed developments thus preventing the last minute scramble to appoint residents as Directors.
