As you would expect, we ensure that all our staff are kept up to date with current applicable legislation and good practice within our industry and naturally, we provide appropriate training.

All our contractors are required to adhere to the terms of our Health and Safety Policy and must prove their own competency before we allow them to work for us. As part of that process, we examine their health and safety policies, insurances, risk assessments and method statements.

As part of our duty of care to our staff and contractors and to users of the properties that we manage, we undertake and document regular risk assessments.
